Conflicts and disagreements in labor relations can stem from work pressures, targets, labor productivity, or specific working conditions within each enterprise. They may also arise from incompatible distribution of benefits and income, and conflicting economic interests among different groups working together. Furthermore, differences in general cultural values and individual characteristics among workers are also a contributing factor. Regarding job creation, enterprises have not prioritized training to improve the professional skills of their employees. In terms of employment contracts, nearly 93.4% of workers sign contracts for 1 to 3 years, with the remainder having contracts of less than one year. Regarding working hours, 57.9% of workers reported working 8-10 hours per day. Such working hours significantly impact the health of workers. Furthermore, workers have to work in shifts, such as morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. The average monthly income for workers is 2 million VND. After calculating monthly expenses for personal living costs, workers only have a small amount left over. This makes life difficult for them. Regarding working conditions in the enterprises, 87.6% of workers believe their factory has sufficient lighting, and 71.1% believe it is spacious. In addition, workers reported that their factory was hot (24%), cold (24.8%), and cramped (2.5%). Overall, the working environment and conditions, as assessed by workers in the surveyed enterprises, are considered good. Regarding the attitude of employers towards employees... In the issues mentioned above, for non-state enterprises, all parameters are at an average level (ratings from 30% to 50%), reflecting a superficial and indifferent attitude of employers towards their employees. This could also be a cause of conflict between workers and managers in enterprises. 11. Practical application: Understanding relationships within enterprises and potentially improving labor relations in enterprises. 12. Future research directions: research on corporate culture, corporate social responsibility, etc.

Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis's result shows creating favorable environment for the formation and development of good labor relationship in enterprises. Contradictions and conflicts in the labor relationship can arise from work pressure, targets, labor productivity or from specific labor conditions shaped in every enterprise. It is possibly due to distribution of rights and income, economic benefits that are inconsistent among different interest groups working together. It is also possibly simple is due to differences on cultural values in general as well as personal characteristics in particular that every laborer brings with himself when taking part in the labor collective. On creating jobs for laborers of the enterprise who do not pay much attention to labor training on enhancing the professional quality. On labor contract in the enterprise, there is nearly 93.4% of laborers signing labor contract from 1 to 3 years, the remaining number is laborers signing the contract under 1 year. On the working time, there is up to 57.9% of laborers showing that they have to work from 8 to 10 hours every day. The working time affects much health situation of laborers. Besides, workers also have to work in shift such as morning – afternoon – evening shift. Income of workers, laborers on average is 2 million dong/month. With this level of income, after calculating expenditures in the month for personal activities, laborers only have slight residual. That makes laborers have in trouble much. On labor condition in the enterprise, 87.6% of workers show that factories where they work have full light, 71.1% is spacious. Besides, workers show that factories for working are hot (24%), cold (24.8%) and cramped (2.5%). In general, environment, working condition according to the estimate of laborers in enterprises is good. On the attitude of employers is for workers. In the above matters, for non-state enterprises, all of parameters are on the level of average, (evaluated from 30% to 50%), show cursory; do not care about many employees by employers.
