Through that concept, we study Vietnamese village culture using historical and logical methods, pointing out the limitations when using the two methods biasedly and the need to apply the combined logical-historical method in studying Vietnamese villages. Thereby, we make some recommendations on the issue of building new rural areas in our country at the present stage. 11.
