When conducting research on this topic, we aimed at the following goals:
Firstly, we are particularly interested in studying the characteristics of folk art thinking, the exaggeration technique associated with humorous imagination and the inspirations of desecrating the values of the carnival festival that affect the poetic aspects of the novel Garganchuya: Characters, structure, artistic space and time.
Second, the inherited features of medieval literature and the new features in the novel Garganchuya clearly show the intersection between literary cultures.
Third, we also pay attention to the Garganchuya approach to achieve understanding between the author and the work.

When conducting this topic, we had some objectives set out as follows:
Firstly, we particularly concerned about traditional folk art characteristics, the exaggerated method which has been linked with funny imaginative, desecrate the values of carnival festival to influence on the aspects of Gargantua such as character, structure, space and time.
Secondly, seeing clearly the interferences between literature from the successions of medieval literature and the new features of Gargantua.
Thirdly, we also pay due attention to approach Gargantua in order to the apprehension between the author and the work.
