10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis studies the quality of Laos tour programs offered by international travel companies in Nghe An province through surveys of tourists' perceptions and satisfaction levels regarding their participation in and experiences with these tours.
By studying the case studies of several tourism companies in the province specializing in tours to Laos, using surveys to collect customer opinions, and processing the survey results, the quality of service for Laos tour programs was objectively assessed based on the perspective of tourists. The process of conducting on-site surveys and direct discussions with tour program designers and tour guides also helped to provide accurate assessments of the strengths and weaknesses in the quality of tour programs offered by these tourism businesses.
Based on the survey results, the author proposed measures regarding tour program design, sales programs, and strengthening linkages... to improve the quality of tourism programs and attract tourists to Vietnam-Laos routes at travel companies. In addition, for the system of international travel companies to attract tourists to Vietnam-Laos routes and develop both broadly and deeply, support from relevant authorities is needed to create the most favorable conditions for international travel companies in Nghe An province to operate their businesses.

These research findings will provide a basis for improving tourism programs for visitors to Laos, aiming to increase tourist satisfaction and enhance the efficiency and stability of their business operations.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis is to study the quality of tourism programs to Laos which are of travel companies in Nghe An Province through survey the tourists' sense and satisfaction in participation, experience of the programs.
By studying some typical tourism companies in the province that are organizing tours to Laos, and using the questionnaire to collect customer feedback and survey processing, the quality of service the Laos tourism program was evaluated objectively based on the view of visitors. Through survey, process and discussion with the designers of travel programs and tour guides directly also helps to make some consider on the advantages as well as the disadvantages of quality tour programs of these tourism entrepreneurs.
From the servey results, the author has launched measures on designing tour programs, sale plan and strengthening the link ... to improve the quality of programs to attract tourists to the destinations of Vietnam-Laos at those travel companies. Besides that, making international travel entrepreneurs attract tourists in Vietnam-Laos tourism route and, developed both in width and depth, there must be the support from the Government agencies. Thus, the author also proposed recommendations to the Governments of Vietnam and Laos, and Vietnam National Administration of Tourism…to enhance the coordination between the authorities in order to facilitate most beneficial to companies of international tourism in the province of Nghe An in their business activities.

The results of this research will provide the scientific and practical bases for the international travel companies in Nghe An and also in other provinces to complete tour programs for tourists to Laos to increase visitor satisfaction and improve the efficiency and stability of its business activities.

Deeply studying on types of tourism of exploration while in Laos (of travel companies in Nghe An).
