- Identify the architectural and decorative sculptural characteristics of Ngự Triều Di Quy communal house by comparing it with several other communal house relics in the area and in the place believed to be the origin of Ngự Triều Di Quy communal house.

- Based on the current state of the monument, propose solutions for its preservation, restoration, and enhancement of its value in the present period.
