- Systematize and describe the Ngu Trieu Di Quy communal house relic in terms of ground plan, architecture, construction materials, construction techniques, and decorative sculptures.
- Identify the architectural and decorative sculpture characteristics of Ngu Trieu Di Quy communal house based on comparison with some communal house relics in the area and at the place believed to be the origin of Ngu Trieu Di Quy communal house.
- Based on the current status of the relic, propose solutions to preserve, restore and promote the value of the relic in the current period.
