- Systematize and describe the Ngự Triều Di Quy communal house relic in terms of its layout, architecture, building materials, construction techniques, and decorative sculptures.
- Identify the architectural and decorative sculptural characteristics of Ngự Triều Di Quy communal house by comparing it with several other communal house relics in the area and in the place believed to be the origin of Ngự Triều Di Quy communal house.
- Based on the current state of the monument, propose solutions for its preservation, restoration, and enhancement of its value in the present period.

This thesis can be used as a reference for the management, restoration, and promotion of the value of historical relics, as well as for teaching, learning, and understanding the architecture of village communal houses.
