11. Summary of thesis results:
During the implementation period, our thesis achieved the following results:
Firstly, an overview of the history, functions and tasks of the Central Office Archives Department, specialized departments under the Archives Department; an introduction to the photo documents currently stored at the Central Party Archives and the need to scientifically organize photo documents at the Central Party Archives.
Second, present the organization of photo documents at the Central Party Archives at present, and comments and assessments on the scientific organization of that document block.
Third, from the above situation, propose some measures to scientifically organize photo documents at the Central Party Archives.
12. Practical application:
The results of the thesis will be a source of reference and application for archival work (in general) and scientific organization of photo documents (in particular) at the Central Party Office Archives Department.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
First, briefly introduce about the Archive Department of Central Office of Vietnam Communist Party and the image archives in the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV.
The content of this chapter focuses on the function, the tasks and the organization of the Archive Department of CPV. Besides, it also views the contents, components and the necessary series to organize scientifically the images archives of in the Despository.
Secondly, The actual Situation of the image archives at The Central Archive Despository. The author raises some actual situation, such as manage, collect, classify, set up a file, determinate retention retention of records,.... At the end of this case study, the author brings out some comments all kinds of image archives in Description.
Thirdly, from the actual situation about the management of this image archives, we give out some solutions about organizing scientifically these archives at the Archive Department of CPV.
12. The thesis can be practical applicability: The author brings out some basis for the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV to solve and overcome some remaining problems in organizing scientifically the image archives at the Archive Department of CPV. It also brings out the route of organizing the image archives at an office in general and an the Office directly under the Central Party in particular; This thesis is referencial document for the State Management Organizations, readers, scientists, students at the research institute, at the university in the Vietnam.
