Assessing the current situation and pointing out the shortcomings of job creation and poverty reduction in mountainous communes in Ba Vi district. Through that, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of poverty reduction in Ba Vi.

My thesis focuses on theoretical matter on employment, employment creation and poverty relief and judgment of the current plight and demonstrates the consideration in the implementation of poverty relief in highland communes in Ba Vi district. Based on these judgments, the thesis proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency in poverty relief in Ba Vi.

The thesis is scientific basis for the reference and further researches on poverty eradication and employ creation.

The proposals and solutions demonstrated in the thesis is the basis for Ba Vi district to develop policies of eradicating poverty and providing employment for the poor in the highland communes in particular and the working people in the district in general.
