This study aims to understand the current system of social welfare policies for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Vietnam and the actual implementation of these policies in Hanoi, in order to propose appropriate support measures to improve the effectiveness of social welfare policy implementation from the perspective of social work impact.

The research findings can be applied to improve the effectiveness of implementing social welfare policies for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Hanoi today.
