10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis supplements the theoretical framework on monthly social assistance policies for the elderly in Vietnam, introducing a comprehensive concept of social assistance encompassing the roles of both the state and society; assessing the current impact of social assistance policies on the elderly in Vietnam; establishing appropriate social assistance standards aligned with the minimum living standards in each locality; and offering some directions and proposed solutions for improving current monthly social assistance policies for the elderly in Vietnam.

The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference and theoretical basis for future studies. The contributions of this thesis help to refine the policy framework and overcome limitations in the concept of social welfare, providing a basis for analyzing and evaluating Vietnam's current social welfare policy system.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This thesis supplemented policy monthly social assistance for the elderly in Vietnam reasoning which introduces the concept of comprehensive social assistance, including the role of the state and society; assess the status of the policy impact of social support for elderly people in Vietnam; building social support benchmark suite minimum living standards in each area and give some direction, adverse policy solutions to complete the monthly social assistance for the elderly in Vietnam at present time.

The study results can serve as a source of reference material, the rationale for further studies. The contributions of the thesis contribute to improve the policy basis and overcome the limitations of social support concept, as a basis for analyzing and evaluating system of social assistance policies Vietnam present stage.
