10. Summary of the thesis results:
Through the research process, the author has obtained the following results:
Currently, the impact of the market economy and international integration has significantly affected the sense of social responsibility among students in general, and students of arts and culture schools in Ho Chi Minh City in particular. Generally, the majority of students in these schools remain steadfast in their belief in the country's development, the leadership of the Party, and the goals of the socialist system. In particular, students are becoming more open and dynamic in their communication, behavior, research, and artistic creation. Most of them acquire extensive knowledge, are emotionally rich, and develop diverse cultural and aesthetic needs while still retaining a strong national identity.
Alongside these positive aspects, there are also many worrying signs. Traditional values related to moral qualities such as honesty, self-sacrifice, civic responsibility, community spirit, and a healthy lifestyle receive little attention from students and are not ranked highly on the value ladder. Some students are negatively influenced by the market economy, falling into a pragmatic lifestyle, the allure of money strongly impacting personal gain, pursuing extreme material values, neglecting ethics, falling into a carefree lifestyle, not focusing on improving their skills, violating the law, and thus lacking a sense of social responsibility.
Based on an accurate assessment of the social situation of students in arts and culture schools in Ho Chi Minh City, we have proposed practical solutions to enhance the social responsibility awareness of students in these schools in Ho Chi Minh City in the current period.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The author has obtained the following results throughout the survey process:
Currently, due to the impact of the market economy and international integration exchanges have significantly affected the sense of social responsibility of students specifically and students in the Schools of Culture and Art in Ho Chi Minh City particularly. In general, a large number of students who study at the Schools of Culture and Art in Ho Chi Minh City remain steadfast belief in the development of the country, the leadership of the Party and objectives of the Socialist regime. Especially learners become increasingly more flexible, more dynamic in communication activities, behavior, research and artistic creativity. Most adults have learned and had extensive knowledge, emotional, cultural development needs and aesthetic diversity but still imbued with national identity.
However, this issue may embody many related signs. The array of values of the traditional nature of moral qualities such as honesty, self-sacrifice, sense of social responsibility of citizens, community attitudes, healthy lifestyles are less interested students and not be classified into high-value ladder. In addition, a number of students are dramatically affected by the bad side of the market economy which results in the pragmatic lifestyle. It is true that the money has great temptation to personal interests and increases the extreme materialistic values, disregard morality, promiscuity. Consequently, students acquire knowledge; highly commit violations and inevitably lack social responsibility.
Overall, by evaluating the social status of students in educational institutions of arts and culture in Ho Chi Minh City, we came up with practical solutions in order to raise awareness of the social responsibility of the students in the current period.
