10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis examines the content, form, quality, and effectiveness of information on the topic of sovereignty and security of land borders in the newspapers Border Guard, Ethnic Groups and Development, and Great Unity; and proposes recommendations and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of information in these newspapers in the future.
First, the author systematizes the concepts of sovereignty and land border security; the viewpoints of the Party and State of Vietnam; and the role of the press in general, and specifically the Border Guard, Ethnic Groups and Development, and Great Unity newspapers, in disseminating information and propaganda about sovereignty and land border security. The author conducts a survey of the content and form of information and propaganda in these three publications from January to December 2011, and simultaneously carries out a sociological investigation into information on sovereignty and land border security in the Border Guard, Ethnic Groups and Development, and Great Unity newspapers. Subsequently, the author analyzes and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda regarding the task of protecting sovereignty and land border security based on the survey of the content and form of information and propaganda in these three newspapers. The author also points out some strengths and weaknesses of the three newspapers in providing information on sovereignty and land border security, and offers some recommendations and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda in the coming years.

Practical Applications: This thesis serves as a useful reference for editorial boards, staff, reporters, editors, and technicians involved in the field of information on sovereignty and land border security to summarize and draw lessons from this difficult and sensitive area, and to consider the author's suggestions for improving the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda on this topic. 11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
First, the thesis systematises the concept of sovereignty and security of the land borders. It analyzes perspectives of the Party and the State, as well as the role of Vietnam's mass media in general and the Border Guard, Ethnicity and Development, and Great Solidarity Newspapers in particular on information and communication on the sovereignty and land border security. The thesis investigates the contents and forms of information in the three publications from January to May 12-2011, while implementing the social survey on the information of sovereignty and land border security written in the Border Guard, Ethnicity and Development, and Great Solidarity Newspapers. Then, the thesis conducts the analysis and assessment of the quality and effectiveness of information and communication on the task of protecting sovereignty and security of the land borders in these publications. It also draws a number of advantages and disadvantages of the three newspapers in reporting the protection of the sovereignty and security of the land borders, and provides some suggestions and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of information of this subject in the years to come.
