Chapter1This thesis presents the theoretical and practical basis for the leadership of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in industrial development. Industrial development in Dong Nai province is an objective requirement and a pressing practical need of the locality. The provincial Party Committee's policies are consistent with the Party's guidelines and policies, while also leveraging the province's advantages in geographical location, natural conditions, population, labor force, and socio-economic factors. Furthermore, it highlights the role and position of the provincial Party Committee in industrial development.

Chapter2.This thesis presents the current state of leadership in industrial development and some issues supporting industrial development in Dong Nai province during the period 2001-2013. The thesis studies and clarifies the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee through three Party Congresses: the 7th Provincial Party Congress in 2000, the 8th Congress in 2005, and the 9th Congress in 2010, as well as the resolutions, conclusions, directives, and action programs of the Provincial Party Committee and its Standing Committee on economic development, with a focus on industry, and the industrial development situation in Dong Nai province during the period 2001-2013. In addition, the thesis clarifies some issues supporting industrial development, such as the activities of the Fatherland Front and other mass organizations in participating in industrial development; state management of industrial development; and the successes and limitations of industrial development in Dong Nai province.

Chapter 3This thesis clearly analyzes the orientation and solutions for industrial development in Dong Nai province, thereby providing a basis for the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to lead the Government, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and the people in successfully achieving the set goals for industrial development.

Conclusion: The Party Committee and Government of Dong Nai province need to continue leading and formulating correct policies and solutions to overcome difficulties and leverage the advantages of its geographical location, natural conditions, and socio-economic factors to develop industry at a rapid pace, with in-depth and sustainable investment. First and foremost, it is necessary to increase investment and apply scientific and technological achievements in industrial production sectors to create high-quality products and enhance the competitiveness of goods domestically and internationally. Next, it is crucial to promote trade and seek new opportunities.

Chapter 1. The thesis expresses a theoretical baisis and practical of Dong Nai provincial Party leads the industrial development. The industrial development in Dong Nai Province is an objective requiement, is asked for local urgency. Policy of provincial Party agrees with guidelines ofCommunist PartyofVietnam, so it has promoted theadvantages of position, natural conditions, population - geography and economy - society in Dong Nai province. Besides, it makes the role and position of the provincial Party for industrial development stand out.

Chapter 2: The thesis presents the current status of industrial development leadership and some things supporting the industrial development in Dong Nai province for 2001 – 2003. The thesis researches and clarifies the role of Dong Nai provincial Party through 3 congresses: seventh Congress in 2000, eighth in 2005 and tenth in 2010 and resolutions, conclutions, directives and program of action of the provincial Party, Party commitee Standing Committee on development economy in which the focus is industrial and industrial development situation in Dong Nai province for 2001-2013. Along with this thesis make to clarify a number of issues to support the industrial development, such as operations of the Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province and other organizations for taking part in implementing industrial development; Management of industrial development, the success and limitations of the industrial development of Dong Nai Province.
