Chapter1. The thesis presents the theoretical basis and practical leadership of industrial development of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee. Industrial development in Dong Nai Province is an objective requirement, requiring urgent practical requirements of the locality. The policy of the Provincial Party Committee is consistent with the Party's guidelines and policies, while promoting the advantages of geographical location, natural conditions, population - labor and socio-economic conditions of the province. Besides, it also highlights the role and position of the Provincial Party Committee in industrial development.

Chapter2.The thesis presents the current situation of industrial development leadership and some issues supporting industrial development in Dong Nai province in the period of 2001-2013. The thesis studies and clarifies the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee through 3 Congresses: the 7th Provincial Party Congress in 2000, the 8th Congress in 2005, the 9th Congress in 2010 and the Resolutions, conclusions, directives, action programs of the Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on economic development, focusing on industry and the industrial development situation of Dong Nai province in the period of 2001-2013. Along with that, the thesis also clarifies some issues supporting industrial development such as the activities of the Fatherland Front and the Unions in participating in the implementation of industrial development; state management of industrial development, successes and limitations of industrial development in Dong Nai province.

Chapter 3The thesis clearly analyzes the orientation and solutions for industrial development in Dong Nai province, thereby creating a basis for the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to lead the Government, the Fatherland Front, organizations and people to successfully implement the set goals for industrial development.

Conclusion: The Party Committee and the Government of Dong Nai province need to continue to lead, propose the right policies and solutions to overcome difficulties, promote the advantages of geographical location, natural conditions, socio-economic conditions to develop industry at a fast pace, with in-depth and sustainable investment. Chapter 1. The thesis expresses a theoretical baisis and practical of Dong Nai provincial Party leads the industrial development. The industrial development in Dong Nai Province is an objective requiement, is asked for local urgency. Policy of provincial Party agrees with guidelines ofCommunist PartyofVietnam, so it has promoted theadvantages of position, natural conditions, population - geography and economy - society in Dong Nai province. Besides, it makes the role and position of the provincial Party for industrial development stand out.

Chapter 2: The thesis presents the current status of industrial development leadership and some things supporting the industrial development in Dong Nai province for 2001 – 2003. The thesis research and clarify the role of Dong Nai provincial Party through 3 congresses: seventh Congress in 2000, eighth in 2005 and tenth in 2010 and resolutions, conclutions, directives and program of action of the provincial Party, Party commitee Standing Committee on development economy in which the focus is industrial and industrial development situation in Dong Nai province for 2001-2013.
