10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on fundamental methodological research issues regarding trekking tourism, from theory to practice. In Chapter 1, the author selects two perspectives from domestic and international trekking tourism researchers, and analyzes some experiences from tourism and trekking tourism businesses in Vietnam and around the world. Furthermore, the thesis provides a general overview of the natural conditions and infrastructure suitable for trekking tourism in Lam Dong province.

In Chapter 2, the author meticulously analyzed the conditions for developing trekking tours systematically and based the study on the tourism marketing mix model to help tourism companies leverage their inherent advantages in business operations. Through secondary data such as revenue, targets, investment capital, and the number of tourists, as well as primary data collected by the author, the study then analyzed the current state of trekking tour operations at various trekking destinations. The companies studied are currently organizing and operating popular trekking routes in several areas of the province. From this practical analysis, the thesis identified several specific shortcomings of trekking tours in Lam Dong province. This forms the basis for the author to propose solutions for relevant organizations to develop trekking tourism activities in the province. In particular, the tourism marketing model will be a key focus for companies currently operating this type of tourism. The choice of sustainable business models and development strategies for tourism businesses is the foundation and driving force for Lam Dong's development of trekking tours.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis provides a general overview of the development conditions and the overall current state and potential of trekking tours in Lam Dong province. Through this, it presents the achievements and identifies the shortcomings and limitations of the current trekking tour development situation in Lam Dong province. Solutions and recommendations for developing trekking tours are also based on the results of this practical research.

11. The summary of the thesis' findings: The thesis focused on case studies of basic hypothesis of trekking tourism coming from the theory to the reality. In the first chapter, the thesis' author chose two perspectives of trekking researcher inside and outside of the country, as well as analyzing some experiences both from the tourism business and the trekking tourism business in Vietnam and all over the world. On the other hand, the thesis has been generalized about natural resources and facilities for the type of trekking tourism in Lamdong.

In the second chapter, the author analyzed carefully about system-based development trekking tour conditions, and was based on the Tourism marketing model or Marketing Mix model that travel agents took advantage of their own benefits in the business. Through the figures of the secondary data: turnover, quota, investment, a number of visitors or the primary data was collected by writer's thesis and it then analyzed situations of trekking tour in some trekking places. All of travel agents were researched by the author which ran and organized the trekking tour in this province. In reality, the thesis points out some limits of trekking tour in Lamdong. That was the main reason, the author could suggest solutions for the government which are grown up trekking tourism in this area. Tourism marketing model will be chosen by travel agency mainly, by the way when choosing business model and sustainable development of travel company that is the foundation and the stimuli for trekking tourism development in Lamdong province.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The thesis was researched all of development conditions, the potential and the situation of trekking tour in Lam Dong province. After that, the thesis is given some results and is withdrawn some disadvantages, some limitations of business trekking tourism in Lamdong province.

All of solutions and recommendations were based on the realistic approach and research results.
