Summary of the thesis results: The thesis "Socialization of Higher Education in China from 1993 to the Present" contributes to clarifying theoretical and practical issues that are still being debated surrounding the socialization of higher education, a major direction currently receiving attention from the Party, the State, educational researchers, and society as a whole. The thesis has initially clarified some issues regarding the process of socializing higher education in China from 1993 to the present, especially the issue of policy planning for the socialization of higher education, state supervision and management, and the achievements and challenges on the path of socializing higher education in China, a path that has significantly contributed to helping Chinese higher education overcome financial difficulties, expand its scale, improve its quality, and initially catch up with higher education in the world and the region. Based on China's achievements and challenges, we draw some lessons learned for the implementation of the socialization of higher education in Vietnam. 12. Practical application: The socialization of education is a major policy of the Party and State, enshrined in Resolution No. 2 of the 8th Central Committee. However, due to many subjective and objective reasons, the process of implementing the Resolution has encountered many difficulties and obstacles. The policy and the entire process of socializing higher education in China offer many theoretical and practical insights for Vietnam.
