Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis "Socialization of Chinese higher education from 1993 to present" contributes to clarifying the theoretical and practical issues that are still controversial around the issue of socialization of higher education, a major direction that is currently of interest to the Party, the State, educational researchers and the whole society. The thesis has initially clarified a number of issues on the process of socialization of Chinese higher education from 1993 to present, especially the issue of planning policies for socialization of higher education, supervision and management of the state, achievements and challenges on the path of socialization of Chinese higher education, a path that has contributed significantly to helping Chinese higher education overcome financial difficulties, expand scale, improve quality, and initially be on par with the world and regional higher education. Based on the achievements and challenges of China, we draw some lessons for the implementation of the socialization of higher education in Vietnam. 12. Practical applicability: Socialization of education is a major policy of the Party and State, recorded in the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee, Session 2. However, due to many subjective and objective reasons, the process of putting the Resolution into practice has encountered many difficulties and obstacles. The policy as well as the entire process of socialization of higher education in China offers many suggestions both in theory and practice for Vietnam. The thesis has the potential to be applied in the practice of implementing and planning policies for socialization of higher education in Vietnam. 13.
