10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis focuses on building a theoretical basis for domestic solid waste treatment technology policy, theory of sustainable development, domestic solid waste treatment technologies and requirements for domestic solid waste treatment in the locality. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current status of domestic solid waste treatment technology policy and the issues raised, the thesis draws out the advantages, existing problems, limitations and causes of existing problems that need to be overcome. The thesis also provides an appropriate amount of space to present the experience of building domestic solid waste treatment technology policies of some countries and some localities in Vietnam, from which it can be discussed and applied to the specific conditions of Hai Duong. From the practical experience of Hai Duong, the thesis has proposed to build a domestic solid waste treatment technology policy by incinerator to protect and sustainably develop the ecological environment in rural areas. These are pre-existing regulations that will promote the application of solid waste treatment technology using incinerators to sustainably develop the economy, culture, society and environment in Hai Duong today.

The proposed policy content is completely applicable to the treatment of domestic solid waste by incinerators to sustainably develop the ecological environment in rural areas in Hai Duong.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Thesis has focused on building the rationale for technology policy of solid waste handling activities, theory of sustainable development, the waste treatment technologies and requirements of domestic solid waste treatment local activities. Based on the analysis and assessment of the state of technology policy of solid waste disposal activities and issues raised, the present essay is drawn, existing problems, limitations, and the cause of the problem exists need to fix. Thesis also offers a suitable space to present the experience of policy development technology of solid waste disposal activities of some countries and some provinces in Vietnam, since it can take advocacy workshop use in specific conditions of Hai Duong. From practical experience of Hai Duong, the thesis proposed policy formulation process technology with solid waste incinerators activities for the protection and sustainable development of ecological environment in rural areas. It was the previous regulations will promote the application of technology of solid waste disposal in incinerators activities aimed at sustainable development of economy, culture, society and the environment in Hai Duong today.
