The thesis focuses on research and gives some basic results as follows:

In chapter 1, the thesis surveys and researches to provide documents on the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws for the development of science and technology and communication of science and technology..At the same time, clarify the importance and role of press and media, especially television, in the development of science and technology, in order to realize the Science and Technology Development Strategy according to Decision No. 418/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

In chapter 2, we survey the current production status, content and format of the Technology - Life programs on VTV1 and the seven-day Technology program on VTV2 on Vietnam Television, to draw conclusions and scientific evidence to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of science and technology communication activities through VTV1 and VTV2 channels of Vietnam Television. From there, we will make the basis for proposing scientific recommendations in chapter 3.

In chapter 3, the thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to the program's editorial board, science and technology management and research agencies, and experts.experts and scientists to improve the quality of programs and the effectiveness of information on science and technology at Vietnam Television.

Thesis focused research and give some basic results are followed:

In Chapter 1, the thesis had investigated and studied to present documents about strategies and policies of Communist Party and States for developing science and technology and communication on science and technology. The thesis also confirms the important position and role of journalism and media, especially television with developing of science and technology to realize decision No.418/QD-TTg of Prime Minister approving the strategy for science and technology development.

In Chapter 2, the thesis, based on a survey of the product activities, content and form of 2 programs: Technology and Life on VTV1, and Seven days Technology on VTV2 to draw conclusions and science clues, then assesses effective communication on science and technology through VTV1, VTV2 channel of Vietnam Television. The thesis had studied and investigated to draw academic petitions in Chapter three.

In chapter 3, the thesis suggests some solutions and suggestions for editor board of programs, administrator, science and technology studies, expert to improve quality and effectiveness of science and technology communication activities on Vietnam Television.

The thesis provides more information about science and facts of communication on science and technology on journalism general and television in private. In further, the thesis also provides solutions, suggestions for editor board of programs, administrator, and science expert to improve quality of program and effectiveness of science and technology information.
