This thesis presents the views of several prominent aestheticians in the history of aesthetics on aesthetic ideals and artistic creation, as well as some fundamental theoretical issues concerning aesthetic ideals and artistic creation: concept, nature, and content. Based on an analysis of the current state of aesthetic ideals in artistic creation in Vietnam, the thesis identifies several factors influencing aesthetic ideals in artistic creation in Vietnam today. Finally, the thesis proposes several solutions to help guide aesthetic ideals in artistic creation in Vietnam today.
