The research results of the thesis show that the employment of young people in Kim Bai town and Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city is increasingly diverse, rich and shifting towards prioritizing the industrial and service sectors. However, the unemployment of young people in the research area is still quite common, causing many young people to not be able to fully develop their abilities to contribute to the development of the community. Finding a suitable job with a stable income is still not easy for suburban youth. Factors such as gender, education level, technical expertise and age still have a great influence on the employment of young people. From these findings, the thesis proposes a number of recommendations for local authorities to have solutions to solve employment for young people.

The results of the thesis point out that the employment of youth in the town of Kim Bai and Cao Duong Commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi is increasingly diverse, rich and is shifting in favor of the industry and service sectors. However, a shortage of jobs in the areas of youth research remains quite popular, leading many young people do not develop their full capabilities to contribute to the development of the community. Finding a suitable job with a stable income is still not easy for suburban youths. Factors such as gender, education, technical expertise and age still have a great influence on young people's employment. From these findings, the thesis writer proposes a number of recommendations and solutions to the local government to create jobs for youth.
