Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis initially gives an overview of the birth of Islam in general and the Quran in particular. The thesis analyzes in depth the formation process, structure and basic contents of the Quran. Going into the ethical thought in the Quran, the thesis analyzes the ethical principles expressed in the concept of values and ethical standards. Ethical values are expressed in the concepts of: good and evil; happiness; conscience; justice; labor and wealth. Regarding ethical standards, the thesis analyzes: some ethical standards applied to family life; some ethical standards applied to social life; and some prohibitions in the Quran. Comments on ethical principles in the Quran are based on the basic concepts of Marxist ethics. Through that, it shows that studying ethical thoughts in the Quran not only helps us understand one of the core contents of the Islamic ideology but also contributes to explaining many issues in the earthly journey of the Muslim community (the community of those who obey Allah), as well as an aspect of human culture.
