Summary of the thesis results: Based on a system of concepts regarding information exploitation and processing, the thesis researches and clarifies theoretical and practical issues in the exploitation and processing of information from state management agencies by journalists in the process of creating journalistic works. Through the results of a practical survey of three print newspapers, Nhan Dan, Lao Dong, and Dau Tu, and interviews with journalists, reporters, editors, heads and deputy heads of departments, and leaders of press agencies, the thesis will evaluate the successes and limitations that need to be overcome. From there, the thesis points out some experiences in the process of information processing and writing news articles. The thesis will also offer specific recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of information exploitation and processing from state management agencies for journalists.
