Through this comparison, Vietnam can implement the following measures to promote the development of the e-commerce industry in the current period:

Improve the delivery and distribution system.
Improving the market legal system.
Enhancing the development of human resources in e-commerce.
Vietnam can learn from China's development experience, while avoiding the problems China has encountered in e-commerce development, and overcome misconceptions about e-commerce development to accelerate the growth of e-commerce in Vietnam.
