Based on this perspective, this thesis focuses on researching and addressing the following issues:
This thesis systematizes and clarifies theoretical issues regarding the communication and promotion of agricultural products; the role and significance of this communication and promotion. Through its study and research, the thesis also addresses theoretical issues concerning online newspapers and television; the strengths of online newspapers and television compared to print media in the communication and promotion of agricultural products. Simultaneously, the thesis clearly demonstrates the role of online newspapers and television in the communication and promotion of agricultural products in the Southwestern region of Vietnam, enabling these products to be competitive in the market.
Based on theoretical research, and through studying articles and interviewing leaders, editors, and reporters of the online edition of Ấp Bắc Newspaper and Tiền Giang Radio and Television Station, this thesis analyzes and evaluates the current state of content and format for promoting agricultural products in the Southwestern region of Vietnam on online media and television. Simultaneously, by comparing these findings with the opinions of businesses, consumers, editors, and reporters gathered through in-depth interviews, the thesis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of television and print media in promoting agricultural products in the Southwestern region of Vietnam today.
Due to limited research time and the author's limited scientific research experience, this thesis inevitably contains shortcomings that need to be addressed.
