Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thanh Truong - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, said that with its position as the leading university in Vietnam in research and training in social sciences and humanities, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, has become a partner of many universities, organizations and international enterprises. VNU-USSH is honored to have many heads of state and leaders, including Korean leaders, visit and work when coming to Vietnam. Many Korean corporations and enterprises have chosen the school to carry out cooperation activities, support scholarships for students, organize career orientation seminars for VNU-USSH students, such as Samsung, Huyndai, LG, etc.
Currently, VNU-USSH has 17 faculties/institutes, 3 research centers and 01 research institute, contributing many achievements in training and research of Vietnam and being a bridge with countries around the world. In which, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU is one of the leading training institutions on history, culture, literature, geography, economics, politics, and diplomacy of Korea in Vietnam. At the meeting, leaders of VNU-USSH and Meta Communication Center had similarities in training cooperation.
The school welcomes Meta Communication Center to cooperate with the school in opening soft skills training courses for VNU-USSH students, such as courses on presentation skills and proficiency in Korean, helping students to open up more job opportunities in the future.
Delighted by the warm welcome of the school, Mr. Kim Hyeong-gi - CEO of Meta Communication Center shared his deep impressions when meeting and working with the leaders and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU. Mr. Kim Hyeong-gi said that he was very touched by the affection and love of VNU-USSH students for the Korean language in particular and the people, culture and country of Korea in general. Therefore, Meta Communication Center feels the responsibility to accompany students in the process of learning Korean and finding jobs after graduation.
