Congratulating the successes of the new Masters and PhDs in their studies and research at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Party Secretary, Rector of the school said that with a training scale of over 12,000 students, including 9,000 undergraduates, 2,000 trainees, postgraduates, and more than 1,000 international students, VNU-USSH is an attractive place for study and research. The school currently has 500 scientists, officials, and civil servants, of which 80% have doctoral degrees and more than 20% have the titles of professor and associate professor. Improving the quality of training is always considered a key task of the school to provide high-quality, highly qualified human resources; Research, create and disseminate knowledge in social sciences and humanities, serving the cause of national construction and defense and international integration.
Previously, on December 16, the school held an opening ceremony for 335 graduate students and 176 doctoral students of 36 master's majors and 31 doctoral majors. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi is the destination for students and postgraduates, affirming the reputation and training quality of the school.
In the context of the country entering an era of development, the key factor in the country's development is the human factor, especially the group of high-quality human resources and talents. Sending a message to the new Masters and Doctors in 2024, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his hope that the new Masters and Doctors will continue to inherit and promote the school's knowledge system, methods and training philosophy to improve their personal position and contribute to the development of the country.

For the new PhD Nguyen Thu Trang, the master's and doctoral degree awarding ceremony is a special milestone marking the journey of passionate study and research, but also full of difficulties, efforts and determination of the students and postgraduates. Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang shared that after completing her master's program in the US, she did not hesitate to choose the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi to continue her scientific research journey, instead of studying in advanced countries.
