On December 10, 2024, the QS ranking organization announced the results of the QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2025 for 1,751 higher education institutions worldwide. In this ranking, VNU has made a strong improvement in position when it was ranked 325th in the world (up 456 places compared to the ranking in the top 781-790 in the QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2024), ranked 51st in Asia and No. 1 in Vietnam. His simple appearance and sincere stories about the years of standing on the podium while doing scientific research in the fields of Philosophy and Religious Studies gave me admiration and respect for a teacher and scientist who has devoted his whole life to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.

This morning, November 29, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) in collaboration with the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Lao Cai Provincial Political School organized the National Scientific Conference "Promoting social and humanistic values ​​and resources to serve the development of Lao Cai province to become a growth pole and a regional connectivity center by 2030, with a vision to 2050".
