In the current context, as globalization intensifies, the world tends to become more divided. In particular, in some countries, the situation is not following the mainstream trend of globalization.
Furthermore, the concept of localization is frequently mentioned in many current studies. These issues have prompted global scientists to collaborate and share knowledge through scientific research, especially in social sciences and research.

Professor Pham Quang Minh delivered the opening remarks at the conference.
Professor Pham Quang Minh emphasized: “Vietnam is currently considered a country where both globalization and localization are taking place simultaneously. Since the Doi Moi (Renovation) period, Vietnam has witnessed dynamic changes in its economic, political, cultural, and social situation. This is an important foundation, paving the way for many current research projects on the globalization of social sciences.”
