At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh emphasized: promoting international cooperation and exchange is considered a key task and foundation for the development of the University. The University has cooperated with many famous universities in France such as Toullouse II University, Sorbonne University Group, Paris ... The University hopes to soon establish cooperation with Aix Marseille University through activities such as exchanging lecturers and students, organizing scientific seminars and implementing joint research topics.
In response, Mr. Michel Dolinski expressed his thanks for the warm welcome of the University and agreed to strengthen cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Aix Marseille University in the areas proposed by Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh. He also shared cooperation ideas with representatives of the Faculties and Departments present at the meeting.
Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh shared the opinions of Dr. Marianna Losada and affirmed that expanding cooperation with partners in and outside the region is in line with the goal of internationalizing the training activities of the University. The Rector believes that the cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Aix Marseille University will contribute significantly to promoting educational cooperation between Vietnam and France.

The University of Marseille was founded in 1409 in Aix Marseille by the proposal of the Count of Provence (Louis II of Anjou) and was merged from three former universities of Aix-Marseille: University of Provence Aix-Marseille I, University of the Middle East Aix-Marseille II & University Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III on January 1, 2012. The University of Aix Marseille trains about 77,000 students, including 10,000 international students. Aix Marseille has 12 doctoral training departments; 5 main campuses in Aix-en Provence and Marseille. The University of Aix Marseille has more than 8,000 staff (including more than 3,000 administrative staff and more than 4,000 lecturers), 3,300 researchers, and more than 130 student organizations.
