During the meeting, Professor Pham Quang Minh emphasized that promoting international cooperation and exchange is considered a key task and foundation for the development of the University. The University has collaborated with many renowned French universities such as the University of Toullouse II, the Sorbonne University Group, and Paris University. The University hopes to soon establish cooperation with Aix Marseille University through activities such as faculty and student exchanges, organizing scientific conferences, and conducting joint research projects.
In response, Mr. Michel Dolinski expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from the University and agreed to strengthen cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Aix Marseille University in the areas proposed by Professor Pham Quang Minh. He also shared his ideas for cooperation with representatives from the Faculties and Departments present at the meeting.
Professor Pham Quang Minh shared the views of Dr. Marianna Losada and affirmed that expanding cooperation with partners within and outside the region is consistent with the university's goal of internationalizing its training activities. The Rector believes that the cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Aix Marseille University will make a significant contribution to promoting educational cooperation between Vietnam and France.

The University of Marseille was founded in 1409 in Aix Marseille at the suggestion of the Count of Provence (Louis II of Anjou) and was formed by the merger of three former universities of Aix-Marseille: the University of Provence Aix-Marseille I, the University of Méditerrannée Aix-Marseille II, and the Paul Cézanne University Aix-Marseille III on January 1, 2012.
