This is the third year the competition has been held, hosted by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Through this, the organizing committee hopes to create a beneficial platform to help Youth Union members and young people consolidate their knowledge and learn more about Ho Chi Minh's ideology; thereby, creating motivation for students to study and follow Uncle Ho's teachings in their daily lives and work.

The final night of the competition was attended by distinguished guests: Mr. Truong Ngoc Kiem (Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Youth Union, Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union), Mr. Tran Quang Hung (Deputy Head of the School Youth Department of the Hanoi Youth Union), Dr. Tran Bach Hieu (Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Head of the Organizing Committee), and Ms. Hua Thanh Hoa (Vice President of the Student Union of the Hanoi Youth Union). Speaking at the competition night, Dr. Tran Bach Hieu – Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and head of the organizing committee – stated that the competition was truly an opportunity for students of Hanoi National University to consolidate and further cultivate their knowledge of Ho Chi Minh's ideology. He also hoped that the students would gain more experience through the competition rounds and that to reach the final round, all teams had to try their best and make efforts because the competitors were all very strong.

Accordingly, before the final round of the competition, the teams had to go through two other rounds: Video and Essay, to select the 5 best teams to advance to the final round. After the Essay round, which took place on April 26th, the Organizing Committee selected 5 teams to advance to the final round, including teams from: the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Technology, the University of Foreign Languages, the University of Education, and the Faculty of Law - VNU Hanoi.

Based on the teams' performance in the three rounds, the judges will score according to the specific criteria of each round.

The Greeting section aims to assess soft skills in communication, situation building, and storytelling to introduce the audience to the unique characteristics of each school and faculty. Meanwhile, the Knowledge section is judged based on the teams' understanding through answering multiple-choice questions related to Ho Chi Minh's ideology. Finally, the Oratory section will be evaluated based on the teams' ability to respond to questions posed by the judging panel.
The atmosphere in the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E remained consistently vibrant throughout the two-hour final competition.
