1. Mục đích và đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án

Mục đích nghiên cứu: Trên cơ sở hệ thống hóa những vấn đề lý luận về sở hữu theo quan điểm của triết học Mác - Lênin, luận án trình bày, phân tích nội dung lý luận và thực tiễn quan hệ sở hữu, từ đó đề xuất một số phương hướng, giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện và phát triển quan hệ sở hữu ở Việt Nam hiện nay

Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Những vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn trong quan hệ sở hữu ở Việt Nam hiện nay

2. Các phương pháp nghiên cứu đã sử dụng

Luận án sử dụng các phương pháp của chủ nghĩa duy vật biện chứng và chủ nghĩa duy vật lịch sử. Ngoài ra luận án còn sử dụng các phương pháp phân tích, tổng hợp, diễn dịch, quy nạp, lịch sử - logic, thống kê, so sánh…trên quan điểm thống nhất lý luận - thực tiễn trong nghiên cứu

3. Các kết quả chính và kết luận

3.1. Các kết quả chính

            Trên cơ sở khái quát những nội dung lý luận về sở hữu của triết học Mác -Lênin, luận án đã nêu và phân tích một số vấn đề lý luận về sở hữu ở Việt Nam hiện nay. Cụ thể là: quan điểm của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam về sở hữu trong quá trình xây dựng chủ nghĩa xã hội và trong chủ nghĩa xã hội; quan điểm về sở hữu tư nhân và vai trò của kinh tế tư nhân hiện nay.

            Luận án đã chỉ ra những thực trạng của quan hệ sở hữu, từ đó đề xuất một số phương hướng và giải pháp chủ yếu nhằm hoàn thiện và phát triển quan hệ sở hữu ở Việt Nam hiện nay.

3.2. Kết luận

- Theo quan điểm của chủ nghĩa Mác - Lênin, quan hệ sở hữu là quan hệ sở hữu là quan hệ cơ bản nhất của quan hệ sản xuất, đồng thời nó chi phối các quan hệ khác của đời sống xã hội con người. Giai cấp nào sở hữu được tư liệu sản xuất cơ bản của xã hội thì cũng là giai cấp thống trị xã hội.

- Trong quá trình nhận thức và vận dụng những quan điểm trên vào thực tiễn nước ta, chúng ta đã thực hiện thay đổi từ quan hệ sở hữu đơn nhất sang quan hệ sở hữu có sự tồn tại của nhiều hình thức sở hữu, gắn với nhiều thành phần kinh tế, đồng thời, chúng ta luôn luôn nhấn mạnh vai trò chủ đạo của sở hữu nhà nước, sở hữu tập thể. Tuy nhiên, trong thực tiễn, trong khi sở hữu nhà nước mặc dù có được nhiều sự quan tâm, đầu tư của nhà nước, song kết quả lại diễn ra không được như mong muốn. Sở hữu tư nhân ngày càng phát huy vai trò tích cực của nó trong hệ thống sản xuất xã hội. Do vậy, cần phải có những giải pháp tổng thể để hoàn thiện và phát triển quan hệ sở hữu ở Việt Nam hiện nay.

1. The objectives and object of the dissertation

               Research purposes: Based on the systematization of theoretical issues of ownership from the point of view of Marxist-Leninist philosophy, the thesis  presents and analyzes the content of theory and realities of ownership, from that point, we propose some directions and solutions to improve and develop ownership in Vietnam today.

               Research subject: Theoretical and practical issues in ownership in Vietnam today.

2. Research method

               The thesis uses the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. In addition, the thesis also uses methods of analysis, synthesis, interpretation, inductive, historical - logical, statistical, comparative... from the point of view of the unity between theory and practice in research.

3. Main results and conclusions

3.1. Main results

               - Based on generalizating of the theoretical contents of ownership of Marxist-Leninist philosophy, the thesis proposes and analyzes some theoretical issues of ownership in Vietnam. Specifically: the viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam on ownership in the process of building socialism and the socialism; the opinion of private ownership and the role of the private economy today.

               - The thesis has pointed out the realities of ownership, thus suggested some main directions and solutions to improve and develop ownership in Vietnam today.

3.2. Conclusion

               - In the view of Marxism-Leninism, the ownership is the most basic relation of production ones, and at the same time it governs other relations of human social life. The class which possesses the basic material production of society is also the dominant class in society.

               - In the process of perceiving and using these points of view in our country’s practicality, we changed from the sole ownership to the ownership with the existence of various forms of ownership, with many economic sectors, at the same time, we always emphasize the leading role of state ownership, collective ownership. However, in practicality, while state ownership has received much the state's attention and investment, the results were not as expected. Private ownership increasingly promotes its active role in the social production system. Therefore, it is necessary to have comprehensive solutions to improve and develop ownership in Vietnam today.
