10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:
Chương đầu tiên của luận văn tập trung tổng hợp và đánh giá các khái niệm của du lịch và du lịch cuối tuần; đặc điểm, vai trò của du lịch cuối tuần cũng như phân tích nội dung nghiên cứu phát triển du lịch cuối tuần tại một điểm đến du lịch. Hệ thống lý thuyết về du lịch và du lịch cuối tuần đã được tổng hợp,kế thừa và bổ sung trên cơ sở các nghiên cứu đi trước, đồng thời các vấn đề trong luận văn luôn được xem xét, đặt trong bối cảnh trước và trong đại dịch Covid. Chính vì vậy, cơ sở lý luận về phát triển du lịch cuối tuần tại một điểm đến du lịch mang tính cập nhật, phù hợp với sự vận động và phát triển của ngành du lịch. Bằng phương pháp khảo sát thực tế/nghiên cứu thực địa, thu thập và tổng hợp tư liệu, phỏng vấn chuyên sâu, điều tra, khảo sát bằng bảng câu hỏi …  luận văn chương 2 đã khái quát quá trình hình thành và phát triển của khu đô thị Ecopark với sự hình thành phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng, tài nguyên du lịch ở đây và phân tích hệ thống giao thông đi tới khu đô thị. Từ đó tác giả phân tích thực trạng phát triển du lịch cuối tuần của khu đô thị Ecopark trên 2 phương diện: (1) Thực trạng phát triển cung du lịch cuối tuần của khu đô thị Ecopark và (2) Thực trạng tăng cầu du lịch cuối tuần. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy độ hấp dẫn của điểm du lịch cuối tuần tại khu đô thị Ecopark; cơ sở hạ tầng, cơ sở vật chất kĩ thuật của điểm du lịch cuối tuần tại khu đô thị Ecopark; các yếu tố giá thành của điểm du lịch cuối tuần tại khu đô thị Ecopark đều được khách hàng đánh giá điểm trung bình ở mức 4 điểm (thang đo 5 điểm). Điều này cho thấy sức hút điểm du lịch cuối tuần tại khu đô thị Ecopark đã được nhiều khách hàng biết đến và sử dụng dịch vụ. Trên cơ sở các dữ liệu, số liệu thu thập được trong quá trình nghiên cứu, khảo sát thực tiễn và căn cứ vào nội dung các quy hoạch, kế hoạch phát triển du lịch của tỉnh…, luận văn đã xây dựng những định hướng và đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm phát triển hoạt động du lịch cuối tuần ở Ecopark, tỉnh Hưng Yên trong chương cuối.
11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: Một số nội dung có thể có ích cho tỉnh Hưng Yên trong việc nghiên cứu, phát triển du lịch tại địa phương cũng như cung cấp thêm tài liệu tham khảo cho việc phát triển du lịch cuối tuần đối với chủ đầu tư khu đô thị Ecopark, tỉnh Hưng Yên.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The first chapter of the thesis focuses on synthesizing and evaluating the concepts of tourism and weekend tourism; characteristics, the role of weekend tourism as well as content analysis of weekend tourism development research in a tourist destination. The theoretical system of tourism and weekend tourism has been synthesized, inherited, and supplemented based on previous studies, and the issues in the thesis are always considered, placed in the previous circumstances and during the Covid pandemic. Therefore, the theoretical basis for the development of weekend tourism in a tourist destination is up-to-date, in line with the movement and development of the tourism industry.
By the method of actual survey/field study, collection, and synthesis of documents, in-depth interviews, independent surveys, surveys by questionnaires, just to indicate a few, the second chapter outlines the process of formation and development of Ecopark urban area with the formation and development of infrastructure, tourism resources here, and analysis of the transportation system to access the urban area. From there, the author analyses the current situation of weekend tourism development in Ecopark urban area in two aspects: (1) The situation of the development of weekend tourism supply of Ecopark urban area and (2) The situation of increasing tourism demand weekend schedule. Research indicates the attractiveness of weekend tourist destinations in Ecopark urban area; infrastructure, material, and technical facilities of weekend tourist spots in Ecopark urban area; The cost factors of the weekend tourist destination in Ecopark urban area are rated by customers on average at 4 points (out of a 5-point scale). This shows that the weekend attraction in Ecopark urban is familiar and used by many customers.
Based on data and data collected in the process of research, practical survey, and based on the content of tourism development plannings and plans of the province, the thesis has built orientations and proposed some recommendations to develop weekend tourism activities in Ecopark, Hung Yen province in the last chapter.
12. Practical applicability, if any: Some content can be useful for Hung Yen province in researching and developing tourism in the locality as well as providing more references for the weekend tourism development for the investor of Ecopark urban area, Hung Yen province.
