- The place of Sino-Russian relations has been continuously rising in the diplomatic strategies of each of the countries. The achievements both Russia and China got in the period 2001-2013 were strategic. Their cooperation was, is and will be one of the main important parts of the modern world.
- The Russia – China relationship in the period 2001-2013 becomes lessons of experience for other international relations. Firstly, the normalization and development only could happen when both do not interfere into internal matters of each other, and respect the choice of the other. Secondly, it is necessary to associate benefits of each other in development, to support each other to protect important benefits. Thirdly, both of countries need to have in trust each other at all level, to increase mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.
- The development of the strategic Russia – China relations affected, is affecting and will affect Vietnam. Vietnam must take advantage of the this relationship’s positive aspects for cooperation with both Russia and China, and struggle to protect the legitimate interests of his country.
- How Russia – China relations will be developed is still a future issue. All researches, comments on the future of this relationship have been just the forecast. How exact they are depends on unknowns; therefore, this is the problem requiring more researches of scientists in the coming years.
