10. Summary of project results:

The project has built a personal brand management model for MCs working in the field of skills training, including the following steps: brand positioning, developing communication content, choosing appropriate communication channels, image management and measuring effectiveness. The model was tested in practice on two cases: a long-time MC and a young MC, with implementation time from June to September 2025. The results show that the model helps improve personal communication effectiveness, increase recognition and engagement with the target audience. The project also draws out some strengths, limitations and conditions for implementing the model in practice.

11. Practical application:

The model can be widely applied to freelance presenters or part-time skill trainers, helping them to clearly orient their personal brand, build effective communication plans and increase career opportunities. In addition, the model is also suitable for skill training centers, educational institutions or media units with soft skills training activities, to support students in developing a professional image.

- Expand model testing on groups of influential people in the training field

- Research the impact of new media platforms on the personal branding process.

- Integrate reputation management and crisis response elements into the personal branding model.
