Furthermore, the study discusses methods for assessing and supporting sleep improvement, enhancing communication and problem-solving skills, managing emotions, and increasing self-esteem to help clients improve their relationships with others and enhance their future coping abilities.
The results of the support program showed that clients experienced a reduced impact of daytime life on their sleep, improved sleep quality, improved perception distortions that no longer affected them, increased quality of connection with themselves and their families, improved ability to identify and manage emotions, identify and plan solutions to problems, and thus increased self-esteem. Clients were able to proactively apply the techniques discussed during therapy to manage their emotions and communicate appropriately with those around them.
