10. Summary of project results:
In the context of digital transformation and intense competition among universities in the media landscape, this project has identified existing shortcomings and limitations in the digital communication practices of Hanoi College of Business and Technology. Based on this, the project has developed a model for managing digital media communication at Hanoi College of Business and Technology. The digital platforms targeted include TikTok, Facebook fan pages, the website, and Threads. For each platform, the project has built and integrated these platforms to develop a closed-loop digital communication model that complements and addresses the differences between them. In particular, the project has developed indicators to identify factors that may positively or negatively impact the college's communication through the Threads platform (a new and very popular platform among young people today).
11. Practical applications:
The project's results demonstrate the potential application of digital platforms in communication within the higher education environment in general, and the College of Business and Technology in particular.
This project serves as a basis for universities and other institutions to refer to in developing indicators that can positively/negatively influence communication on digital platforms in general and the Threads platform in particular.
This project serves as a reference for developing communication management models that are more suitable for other entities of similar size to the project's target.
The set of indicators developed will serve as a reference model for developing similar projects in the future.
12. Future research directions:
Extend the project's implementation period in practice to more effectively and accurately measure the project's communication indicators.
Develop a set of measurement indicators for standardized communication metrics for research subjects on a digital platform to identify indicators that positively/negatively influence the school's communication.
Expand the scope of the project so that it can be officially implemented in the school's digital communication platforms.

In particular, the project has built indicators to detect factors that can positively/negatively affect the school's communication through the Threads platform (a new and very popular platform among young people today).
12. Practical applicability, if any:
The results of the Project show the potential application of digital platforms in communication in the higher education environment in general and the College of Business and Technology in particular.
The Project is a basis for universities and other institutions to refer to in building indicators that can positively/negatively affect communication on digital platforms in general and the Threads platform in particular.
The Project is a reference basis for building communication management models that are more suitable for other objects of the same scale as the object of the Project.
The developed set of indicators will be a reference model in developing similar Projects in the future.
13. Further research directions, if any:
Extend the Project's application period in practice to measure the Project's communication indicators more effectively and accurately
Develop a set of measurement indicators for standard communication indicators for research subjects on digital platforms to detect indicators that positively/negatively affect the school's communication.
Increase the scale of the Project to be able to officially apply it to the school's communication on digital platforms.
