9. Summary of the thesis results:
Through studying the content of the three chapters, the author of this thesis has successively addressed the tasks set forth, specifically:
First, through the study of Chapter 1, it can be seen that the concept, role, evaluation criteria, and related factors concerning content organization in investigative journalism on online newspapers are closely intertwined and complement each other, forming a unified whole that reflects the creative nature and professional responsibility of journalists in the digital age.
Surveys indicate that the organization of video content in investigative reporting on Dan Viet online newspaper has developed into a relatively professional process, clearly reflecting the development direction of a modern newsroom keeping pace with the trend of multimedia journalism. A prominent advantage is that Dan Viet has successfully combined discipline in content organization with creativity in presentation. Each investigative report is built with a tight structure, with investment in images, sound, graphics, and commentary, helping viewers not only receive information but also feel the atmosphere, context, and depth of the truth. However, alongside these clear advantages, Dan Viet's organization of video content in investigative reporting still has some limitations.
In the coming period, the key solution that Dan Viet needs to implement is to innovate the process of organizing and reviewing video content in a flexible and streamlined manner, combined with other solutions such as developing a specialized workforce, investing financial resources, strengthening coordination between departments, and expanding the content dissemination strategy. When these solutions are implemented synchronously, Dan Viet will not only maintain its position as one of the leading investigative journalism agencies but also become a model for the trend of organizing multimedia journalistic content that is both modern and humane, meeting the spirit of innovation in the digital media age.
10. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis can be applied to the organization of investigative video reporting at online newsrooms in Vietnam, especially those undergoing digital transformation. The proposed processes, personnel, skills, and technologies can serve as a reference for improving the quality of investigative reports, optimizing communication effectiveness, and increasing the reach of information across multimedia platforms.
11. Future research directions:
Based on the results of this thesis, further research could be conducted to compare the organizational models of investigative reporting between central and local media agencies, or to delve deeper into the application of artificial intelligence in the production process of investigative video journalism. Additionally, further investigation into the public's reception of multi-platform investigative products could be undertaken to more comprehensively assess the social impact of this type of work.
