The project has systematically synthesized and analyzed theories related to communication in the field of online medical consultation, focusing on the implementation context at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital. On that basis, the research team has built and proposed a suitable theoretical framework, serving as a scientific foundation for the entire project implementation process. Next, the project has conducted research and evaluated the current communication status of the program, and tested a communication innovation model for two months at the Hospital.

From the experimental results obtained, the project analyzed, drew lessons and proposed practical solutions to improve the communication effectiveness of the Online Medical Consultation Program, contributing to supporting Viet Duc Friendship Hospital to expand coverage and improve the quality of interaction with patients in the digital environment.
