Based on this, the research team developed and proposed a suitable theoretical framework, serving as a scientific foundation for the entire project implementation process. Following this, the project conducted research and evaluated the current state of communication within the program, and simultaneously tested an innovative communication model for two months at the hospital.

Based on the experimental results obtained, the project conducted an analysis, drew lessons learned, and proposed practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of communication for the online medical consultation program, contributing to supporting Viet Duc Friendship Hospital in expanding its coverage and improving the quality of interaction with patients in the digital environment.
