10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the intention and behavior of employees in hotels managed by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam to practice green. Based on Ajzen's (1991) Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the proposed research model consists of three main factors: attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, which influence the intention to practice green, thereby leading to actual green behavior.

Quantitative research results show that all three factors have a positive and statistically significant influence on the intention to practice green. Among them, employees' positive attitudes towards green behavior are the most influential factor. The intention to practice green acts as a mediator, directly affecting actual behavior. Control variables such as age, gender, and education level have negligible influence.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis can be directly applied to management activities at hotels belonging to the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts Group in Vietnam. Specifically, the results help management better understand the psychological and behavioral factors affecting employees' green practices, thereby developing appropriate training programs, internal communication, and incentive mechanisms. Furthermore, the research results are valuable for other high-end hotels in Vietnam in designing sustainable development strategies, implementing green human resource management systems, and applying green practices to improve business efficiency and brand image. Simultaneously, the research can also provide a practical basis for state management agencies in developing and refining policies to encourage hotel businesses to practice green.

12. Future research directions:

In the future, research could expand its scope, not limited to Hyatt hotels but also including other international brands or domestic hotels in Vietnam, to compare differences in the implementation of green practices. Furthermore, it is necessary to delve deeper into the role of customers and other stakeholders (local communities, suppliers, regulatory bodies) in promoting green hotel practices. Further research could also incorporate qualitative methods to more deeply explore employee motivations and barriers to green behavior, and apply other theoretical models (such as Institutional Theory, Innovation Theory) to broaden perspectives on sustainable development in the hotel industry.

10. Summary of the results of the thesis:

This thesis focuses on analyzing the factors involving employees' intentions and actual green behaviors in hotels managed by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam. Based on Ajzen's (1991) Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the proposed research model incorporates three key psychological constructs—attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control—which influences green behavioral intention and, subsequently, actual green practices.

The quantitative results reveal that all three TPB components have a significant and positive impact on green behavioral intention. Among them, employees' positive attitudes toward green behaviors exert the strongest effect. Green behavioral intention plays a mediating role, directly involving actual green behavior. Control variables such as age, gender, and education level show dismissible effects.

11. Practical Implications:

The findings of this thesis can be directly applied to the management practices of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts properties in Vietnam. Specifically, the results help hotel managers better understand the psychological and behavioral factors involving employees' green practices, thus enabling the design of appropriate training programs, internal communication strategies, and incentive mechanisms. In addition, the study provides valuable reference for other luxury hotels in Vietnam to develop sustainable strategies, implement green human resource management systems, and adopt green practices to enhance both business performance and brand image. Furthermore, the findings may serve as a practical basis for government agencies in formulating and refining policies that encourage hotels to adopt green practices.

12. Future Research Directions:

Future studies may expand the scope beyond Hyatt Hotels & Resorts to include other international hotel brands and domestic hotels in Vietnam, in order to compare differences in the implementation of green practices. In addition, further research is needed to examine the roles of customers and other stakeholders (local communities, suppliers, government agencies) in promoting hotels' green practices. Future studies could also incorporate qualitative methods to explore in greater depth the motivations and barriers faced by employees in adopting green behavior, while applying other theoretical frameworks (such as Institutional Theory or Innovation Theory) to broaden perspectives on sustainability in the hotel industry.
