10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis focuses on building a theoretical foundation for environmental conflicts, environmental pollution, types of environmental conflicts in limestone mining, and policies regarding environmental conflicts, in order to propose technological policies to resolve conflicts involving companies and businesses that cause environmental pollution.
Furthermore, the thesis analyzes and clarifies the current state of environmental conflicts in mining activities, listing the policy systems that have been and are being applied as the institutional framework for managing mining operations. It also points out the positive and negative aspects of policies, technologies, equipment, and techniques related to mining activities. The thesis proposes methods for environmental management and conflict resolution in specific cases of mining activities involving companies and enterprises exploiting and processing limestone in Kinh Mon district that cause environmental pollution affecting air and water sources for the local community. Based on practical experience in resolving environmental conflicts in Kinh Mon district, the thesis proposes several groups of solutions regarding human resource development, finance, technology, information and communication, and policy systems to address conflicts in mining activities in Kinh Mon district.
These are groups of solutions aimed at addressing the root causes of conflict, preventing conflicts from occurring, and remedying the severe environmental pollution in Kinh Mon district. Therefore, recommendations are made to all levels and sectors to pay more attention to environmental pollution, improve the environment, and participate in environmental protection in their living areas, working together for public health.

Thesis has focused on building the theoretical basis of environmental conflict, environmental pollution, environmental conflict forms in limestone mining and policies for environmental conflict to devise policies technology to resolve conflicts for companies, enterprises polluting the environment.
Besides, analyzed, clarify the status of environmental conflicts in mining operations, the system lists the policy has been applied as corridor management institutions mining activities. At the same time pointed out the positive aspects and limitations of the policy, technology equipment, engineering for mining operations. Thesis offers methods of environmental management and resolution of conflict in each specific case of mining operations for companies, businesses are mining and processing of limestone in the district Business Mon environmental pollutants affect air source, water source communities. From practical experience in environmental conflict resolution in Kinh Mon district, the thesis proposes some solutions to develop human resources, finance, technology, information and communication, policy systems to settle in mining activities in Kinh Mon district.
That's the impact solutions addressing the root causes of conflict. At the same time prevent the conflict to redress serious environmental pollution in Kinh Mon district. Thereby recommendations to all levels and departments should pay more attention to environmental pollution, improve the environment, take the protection of the environment where they live, to join hands for the health of the community.
