– This thesis has accurately and relatively comprehensively compiled the policies of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee (Hanoi City) on mobilizing women from 2005 to 2014 through a survey of Party Congress documents and resolutions, programs, and projects of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee.
– The thesis presented the policies and objectives of the Hoai Duc District Women's Union (Hanoi City) in directing the women's movement. In addition, the thesis summarized the women's movement in all major fields and the patriotic emulation movements of women that took place during the period 2005-2014.
– Through studying the policies on women mobilization of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee (Hanoi City) and the women's movement from 2005-2014, the author has drawn conclusions about the strengths and weaknesses in the Party Committee's women mobilization work and highlighted historical experiences to achieve better and more effective results in women mobilization, enabling women in the district to contribute more to their families and society, moving towards true gender equality.
