The thesis has clarified some theoretical issues about the importance, functions, contents and methods of operation as well as information on hunger eradication and poverty reduction in Hanoi press. Through that, the thesis contributes to providing the most typical summaries of information on hunger eradication and poverty reduction in the press as well as the social activities on the sidelines of current press agencies.

11. Practical application:

The thesis is a reference document for State management agencies on the press to have policies and methods to promote the healthy development of the Vietnamese press in the right direction, contributing to the process of building and defending the Fatherland.
