During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

Firstly, this paper provides an overview of the historical development, organizational structure, and archival documents of the BIDV system, and clarifies the necessity of establishing a process for managing archival documents generated from the BIDV system's operations.

Secondly, to survey and assess the existing shortcomings in archiving practices within the BIDV system.

Thirdly, develop a sequence of solutions to overcome the limitations in the management of archival documents generated from the operations of the BIDV system.

The findings of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference for the unified implementation of archiving practices at BIDV's member units, while also contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of archiving throughout the entire BIDV system.

Firstly, general information about the historical development, organization structure, archives of BIDV system and the necessary demand of setting up the management procedure for archives created from the operation of BIDV system.

Secondly, survey and assess existing problems in archives of BIDV system.

Finally, set up the steps to solve the limitation on management procedure for archives created from the operation of BIDV system.

The thesis results gained will be one of reference resources for the implementation of unifying archives at BIDV's subsidiaries and contributes to improve the quality and effectiveness of archives in the whole BIDV system.
