10. Summary of thesis results:

The research aims to find ways to link community resource systems to support education for students from resettlement households in the Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir area, helping to improve educational attainment and solve other problems that exist in school for this group of students. Within the scope of the research, I myself conducted research and identified existing problems for the resettlement student group; determined needs; evaluated support resource systems and built activities to link available resources in the community to support education for students.

The research results have shown that there are still many difficulties for the group of students from resettlement households. These are problems of absenteeism, dropping out of school, poor academic performance, poor living and learning conditions, lack of attention and care from the family... The children still lack many basic needs that need to be met such as: material needs, the need to be safe, to be respected and most importantly the need to develop... The research also shows that many local support resources can participate in the process of assisting resettlement students; at the same time, building resource linkage activities to satisfy 04 goals:1,Fundamentally change parents' awareness of the role of education and the level of interest in their children's learning.2,The group of students is fully supported with basic material conditions to go to school.3,Learning outcomes improved significantly.4,Better integration in school environment.

11. Practical application: (if any)

The study of this topic confirms the difficulties in education for students from resettlement households. In practice, it is possible to apply activities linking resource systems in the community to support education for this group of students.

This study aims to find out the way to link the resource systems based on community to support education for students from resettlement household in Tuyen Quang hydroelectric reservoir area and improve education; solve other problems in school for this pupils group. In the sphere of study, I find and identify the problems of pupils group; identifying needs; estimating the resources systems; finding activities to link the resources to support education for this group.

In the study findings, there exist many difficult problems for pupils group. This is including: truant situation; give up one's study situation; lack of life and study conditions; lack of interest in family… This pupils group are lacking many basic demands, such as: physical needs; safety needs; respected needs; and develop need is the most important… The study shows that having many support resources can take part in aid process. Besides, constructing activities which links the resource systems for 4 aims include:1,changing parents' know about educational role and the interests of family;2,supporting the basic physical conditions for pupils group;3,improving the study results;4,integration in school is better.

This study confirms the difficult issues in education for children from resettlement household. In fact, we can apply the resources system linking operations in community to support education for this pupils group.
