- This thesis examines the importance of building new rural areas and the leading role of farmers in this process.

- In response to the National Target Program for Building New Rural Areas launched by the Party and the State, the Party Committee of Hiep Hoa district has actively implemented the campaign to mobilize farmers to build new rural areas. Based on this, the thesis studies the process of directing and mobilizing, strengthening coordination among departments to create favorable conditions for farmers in building new rural areas by the Party Committee of Hiep Hoa district. Along with that, the thesis also studies the initial results of the model "Effective mass mobilization"Participating in building new rural areas, new economic models that achieve high efficiency... while also clearly pointing out the limitations and weaknesses in the implementation process and the causes of those limitations."

- This thesis proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the Party Committee of Hiep Hoa district in mobilizing farmers to build new rural areas in the coming years.

11. Practical applications:

- The research findings of this thesis can be used as research and reference material at the Party Committee level, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Farmers' Association of Hiep Hoa district, as well as as training and development materials for the Hiep Hoa District Political Training Center.

12. Further research directions: Expanding the scope of research on mobilizing farmers to build new rural areas throughout Bac Giang province.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

- This thesis studies about the importance of new rural areas construction and the roles of farmers in the rural areas construction.

- Responding to the national goals to build the new rural areas by Party and State, Hiep Hoa's Party has appealed to and implemented the famers to build rural areas. In the base, this thesis will focus on those supervising processes, the increase of combination between every department to facilitate the famers in the new rural areas construction at Hiep Hoa's Party. Along with that, this thesis also studies about the first results of the model “Dan Van Keo” in joining the new rural areas construction, the new good result business… and specify limitations weaknesses in the implementation process, the causes of these limitations.

- The thesis gives any solutions to increase the effective in the mobilization of famers to build new rural areas in Hiep Hoa' Party Committee in the next years.

11. Practical applicability:

- The results of thesis can be used as study material, referenced at Committee level, Agriculture and Rural Development Department, Hiep Hoa District Farmers Association. This material serves as training materials, fostering for Political Training Center in Hiep Hoa District.
