10. Summary of the results of the thesis: Through research, the author has identified acts of infringement and obstruction of journalistic work in a variety of forms and forms, spreading across many areas of social life (social, economic, political, cultural - entertainment, etc.), especially in two hot areas today: anti-corruption and environmental protection. Victims of obstruction and assault include journalists with press cards and many years of experience in the profession, as well as young reporters who have not yet been issued cards. The leaders of the Vietnam Journalists Association are always interested in propaganda activities, aiming to improve the professionalism, behavioral culture and legal knowledge of journalists. Therefore, the information content in this field is quite diverse and rich in approaches. However, some articles have not taken full advantage of the advantages of electronic newspapers to provide information quickly or the information has not been sufficiently concentrated for press agencies and all levels of the Journalists Association to "get involved", so it has not created the necessary public pressure for competent authorities and public agencies to seriously take action. According to the author, journalists and newspaper editorial offices need to have a mechanism to self-cultivate, improve, and share working skills, and support each other in protecting against acts of infringement and obstruction of the press. How can the whole society agree and condemn acts of obstructing journalists from working? Then, the whole community will get involved. This is the best way to protect journalists in their profession.

11. Practical applicability: From the survey of the content and form of the articles, the author of the thesis has proposed specific groups of solutions in practice such as strengthening the role of the Vietnam Journalists Association, civil courts, building working procedures and codes of conduct for journalists. In addition, we also gradually improve the role and professionalism of the press and the working skills of each journalist.

12. Further research directions: Because the topic of the Vietnam Journalists Association Press with the issue of protecting the legal practice rights of journalists is relatively new, there have not been many thorough and thorough studies, along with limitations in terms of time and the writer's own capacity, the author of the thesis hopes to receive comments and contributions from teachers, colleagues and readers to complete this thesis as well as further research and development of a more in-depth nature.
