10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis is the result of the author's research, synthesis, and evaluation of the reporting of the abuse of official positions and power in online newspapers. Chapter 1 presents several concepts related to journalism and the issue of abuse of official positions and power; it summarizes the general situation of abuse of official positions and power in the current period. Furthermore, Chapter 1 also addresses the views and policies of the Party and State on the abuse of official positions and power, as well as the role of the press in disseminating information on this issue. With its strong impact and rich, multi-faceted sources of information, the press has actively participated in reporting on the abuse of official positions and power. Among them, we must mention the contributions of three online newspapers: VnE, Dan Tri, and Tuoi Tre.
In Chapter 2, the three newspapers focused on reflecting the alarming reality of the abuse of parliamentary privilege in five main areas: politics, administration, economics, justice, and information. The articles also addressed the causes and some solutions to the problem through the opinions of economic experts, lawyers, and members of parliament. Regarding the format of information delivery, the articles were organized into sections such as Politics, Economics, and Law. To make the articles more engaging, the journalists skillfully used various journalistic genres with their own strengths. This was combined with the use of journalistic techniques such as headline writing, lead paragraph writing, and the use of non-verbal language. All these elements significantly contributed to conveying information to the readers.
Based on the analysis and survey of articles in Chapters 2 and 3, assessments and solutions regarding the abuse of the "CVQH" (Content Recognition of Nationalities) in Vietnamese online newspapers have been presented. Advantages should be promoted, while limitations need to be addressed. Several directions and proposals are offered to ensure that information on the abuse of the "CVQH" plays a role not only for the surveyed newspapers but also for the media in general, and online newspapers in particular.

In chapter 1, the thesis presents concepts related to the press and the issue of abuse of posts and rights; summaries of the general situation of abuse of posts and rights in the current period. In addition, chapter 1 also mentions the views and policies of the Party and the State about the issue of abuse of posts and rights as well as the role of the press in providing its information. With the strong impact, large and multidimensional information sources, the press has been actively involved in the information on the issue of abuse of abuse of posts and rights. In particular, we have to mention the contributions of three electronic journals VnE, Dan Tri, and Tuoi Tre.
In chapter 2, the three e-journal focus on reflecting the alarming situation of the problem of administrative violations in 5 main fields: politics, administration, economy, justice and information. The articles also mention causes and solutions to the problems through many opinions of economists, lawyers, parliamentarians, etc. In the form of information transmission, the articles are arranged in categories such as Politics, Economics, Law, etc. To make the article more attractive to readers, the journalist utilizes many types of journalism with its strengths cleverly. Combined with that is the use of newspaper tactics such as the art of writing headlines, writing sapos, using non-written language. All of these factors have contributed significantly to the transmission of information to readers.
From the results of analysis and survey of articles in chapter 2, chapter 3 has given assessments and information solutions on the problem of abuse of landscape-based media in Vietnam electronic newspaper. The advantages need to be promoted, and the limitations need to be changed. A number of directions and recommendations to help the information on the matter of abuse of administrative issues not only play a role in survey newspapers, but also an important role for the media in general and the online media, e-journal in particular.
