10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis is the result of the author's research, synthesis and evaluation of the information on the issue of abuse of position and power in electronic newspapers. In chapter 1, the thesis presented a number of concepts related to the press and the issue of abuse of position and power; summarized the general situation of the issue of abuse of position and power in the current period. In addition, chapter 1 also mentioned the viewpoints and policies of the Party and State on the issue of abuse of position and power as well as the role of the press in informing about this issue. With strong impact, rich and multi-dimensional sources of information, the press has actively participated in informing about the issue of abuse of position and power. In particular, we must mention the contributions of three electronic newspapers: VnE, Dan Tri, and Tuoi Tre.

In chapter 2, the three newspapers focused on reflecting the alarming situation of the abuse of CVQH in five main areas: politics, administration, economics, justice, and information. The articles also mentioned the causes and some solutions to the problem through many opinions of economic experts, lawyers, and National Assembly deputies. Regarding the form of information transmission, the articles were arranged in categories such as Politics, Economics, Law, etc. To make the articles more attractive to readers, the journalists skillfully used many types of journalism with their own strengths. Combined with that was the use of journalistic techniques such as the art of writing headlines, writing sapos, and using non-literal language. All of these factors have contributed significantly to conveying information to readers.

From the results of the analysis and survey of articles in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, assessments and solutions have been provided for information on the issue of CVQH abuse in Vietnamese electronic newspapers. The advantages need to be promoted, while the limitations need to be changed. Some directions and proposals aim to help information on the issue of CVQH abuse not only play a role for the surveyed newspapers, but also play an important role for the press in general, and electronic newspapers in particular.

From the results of analysis and survey of articles in chapter 2, chapter 3 has given assessments and information solutions on the problem of abuse of landscape-based media in Vietnam electronic newspaper. The advantages need to be promoted, and the limitations need to be changed. A number of directions and recommendations to help the information on the matter of abuse of administrative issues not only play a role in survey newspapers, but also an important role for the media in general and the online media, e-journal in particular.
