10. Summary of the thesis results:
Theoretically, foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can be defined as organizations established by or not by governments, formed voluntarily and legally, not part of the state administrative apparatus, operating for public purposes, involving multiple countries in terms of human or material resources, or operating within two or more countries.
In practice, research on the current situation of foreign non-governmental organizations operating in Vietnam has shown that they have made many great contributions in many fields such as socio-economics, health, education, environment, etc. Although they have achieved many successes, the activities of foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam still have many limitations, specifically: (1) limitations in coordination between international non-governmental organizations and other international non-governmental organizations and priority development areas of the state or local government; (2) the decrease in external funding into Vietnam is a significant problem and challenge for international non-governmental organizations; (3) assistance from international non-governmental organizations is often not equitable; (4) The socio-economic effectiveness of many projects from international non-governmental organizations is not yet meaningful in terms of funding scale, limited in suitability, and projects are scattered; (5) Some international non-governmental organizations have not yet complied with the regulations and rules of the Vietnamese State; (6) Financial transparency of projects; (7) Some projects are more formal than development funding.
From theoretical and practical research, it can be seen that the operational prospects of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in Vietnam will tend towards a "Humanitarian Industrial Chain Business Model," shifting from capital support to technical assistance; strengthening the promotion of universal education and community education development; providing technical support, supporting medical scientific research, and supporting the development of new treatment methods; applying information technology to carry out their activities; and prioritizing funding for human rights development, grassroots democracy, governance, and civil society development.
To further enhance the effectiveness of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Vietnam, the following solutions should be implemented: creating a favorable environment for international NGOs to operate under the "social enterprise" model; encouraging and facilitating foreign NGO projects to build kindergartens and primary schools, provide equipment and learning materials, support bicycles, and scholarships for underprivileged students in disadvantaged areas; strengthening the cooperation between international NGOs on environmental issues; and continuing to promote public awareness and education on policies, laws, and measures for environmental protection.
Besides the above solutions, we also need to implement many other solutions such as improving the legal framework, perfecting the management apparatus, creating a dialogue mechanism between foreign non-governmental organizations and the state and beneficiaries, strengthening information dissemination to change people's perceptions, and promoting foreign non-governmental aid.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
In theory, NGOs were established by governments or were supported by 2 countries at least in human power and material resources. Which are not belong to any nation system. They work voluntarily and aim to publicize the problem legally
In practical NGOs work in Vietnam had extremely enhanced many areas such as: economy, society, health, education, environment. They were running very well in many fields that could be solved mostly but there NGOs are limited in co-working between INGOs and NGOs, being priority issues between government and local people; it is big challenging that investing is more and more cutting down; (3) being unfair supported by INGOs; (4) some supporting projects are not meaningful, proper; (5) NGOs don't follow apply correctly government policies: (6) not explicit financial in projects; (7) some projects are just in formality, not really investing for development.
The result of theory and practical, it can be seen that NGOs in Vietnam are trending to “Nha Dao industrial chain business model”, stopped supporting in capital moving to supply technics; enhancing education; developing community education; supporting in technics, health researches, new methods in health, applying for new technic alternatively investing human right priority and right.
To enhance more NGOs working in Vietnam, Government should create good environment for NGOs following “social enterprise” encourages investing projects to build nursery schools, primary schools and schoolarshing for students in poor areas, to strengthen NGOs in environment, intensification educated in policies, law and protecting environment.
Besides, government should improve legal documents managing system, creating good environment for NGOs and nation, enhancing citizen education to change awareness and foreign NGOs assistances
