10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis presents the history of the Confucian temples, the system of Confucian shrines, and the education and examination system of Nam Dinh province from 1802 to 1919, with comparisons to the preceding period. We have conducted in-depth research on the formation history and ceremonial activities at the Confucian temples, the system of Confucian shrines, and the education and examination achievements of the province throughout the feudal period. From this, we offer insights into the role of Confucian temples, shrines, and the Confucian examination system in the village life of the province, contributing usefully to the systematization of documents for the future reconstruction of these temples, shrines, and the Confucian examination system.

This thesis serves as a reference for students studying the history of the formation and development of Confucian temples, shrines, and pagodas in Nam Dinh province.

Continuing the research on the role of ancestral temples, shrines, and doctoral-level churches in village life in Nam Dinh province.

We found out about history, sacrifices in Confucian temple, system of Confucian cult and achievementeducation and system of former competition-examinations in Nam Dinh province during feudalism. From these results, we have comments about the role of Confucian temple, system of Confucian cult in village life, help system materials for reconstruction of them in the future.
