Religion is a complex and sensitive issue but is a necessary need in the spiritual life of the people. This need greatly affects the development of individuals and society of a region or a country. Therefore, religious activities also need to be given certain attention. Moreover, religion is an issue related to the spiritual life of people and is a human right recognized by the international community, so the management of religious activities cannot only use legal tools but must use a combination of methods from ideological impact, economic impact to administrative methods. In addition, because religion is a large, sensitive and complex issue, it requires great efforts from the entire political system. This has been affirmed by the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, when carrying out religious work, it requires the participation of the entire political system to achieve the desired results. The capital Vientiane is the political, economic, cultural and social center, and a major religious center of the Lao PDR, so carrying out religious work here is very important for resolving religious issues and promoting the role of religions in building and defending the country.
