10. Summary of thesis results:
The research results have shown the factors affecting the decision to choose Binh Lieu destination of domestic tourists. Data analysis methods: descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, EFA exploratory factor analysis, linear regression analysis were used. The results showed that there are six factors affecting the decision to choose destination of domestic tourists, arranged in order of importance, respectively: (1) destination image, (2) travel motivation, (3) perception of tourist destination, (4) reference group, (5) communication (6) tour price.
11. Practical application
The research results are a reliable source of data for local authorities, travel agencies, and accommodation businesses on factors affecting the decision to choose a tourist destination, helping them grasp consumer behavior, tourism activities of the destination, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of tourism products. From there, policy implications are proposed to meet the needs and desires of tourists, while attracting more domestic tourists to Binh Lieu.
12. Further research directions
Firstly, it is possible to choose other research sites with large survey samples to find out the factors affecting the choice of domestic tourists. Secondly, expand the scope of research to include other factors that can affect the decision to choose Binh Lieu tourist destination of domestic tourists thanks to the tour booking location, tourism products in Binh Lieu, tourists' preferences, etc. to find the most optimal model to serve the measurement of domestic tourists' choice of Binh Lieu tourist destination.
