10. Summary of thesis results:
The study focuses on the development of event-related tourism products in Ninh Binh, applying a qualitative research method with the combination of Butler's TALC model (Tourism Destination Life Cycle) (1980), Donald Getz's theoretical framework "Event Tourism" (2008), and Freeman's Stakeholder Theory (1984). This method provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation for in-depth analysis of related aspects. Research data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with five main groups, including local communities, tourism businesses, event organizers, local authorities, and tourists. The research results emphasize that the development of event-related tourism products requires the establishment of effective cooperation mechanisms among stakeholders to ensure the harmony of interests. At the same time, the application of advanced management tools and the development of long-term strategies, based on local cultural characteristics and resources, are important factors to promote sustainable development. The study also identified that event-based tourism products in Ninh Binh are currently at the development stage in the TALC model, providing a basis for proposing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of visitor experiences through innovation in event design and organization.
